At Thang Long University (05/2023–present), I serve as a Team Leader across marketing, short-term training, and industry engagement. I’m a team-first leader who steps in wherever needed—hands-on with production, data, community management, vendor coordination, and on-site event execution—while still owning strategy and outcomes.
I plan and run multi-channel campaigns for academic programs and flagship events; manage social calendars, content production, and day-to-day engagement; and work closely with faculties and administrative units to align messaging with institutional priorities. I track performance through dashboards, translate audience insights into optimizations, and deliver clear reports and recommendations to leadership.

In partnership with faculties and subject-matter experts, I design professional workshops and short courses for both students and external learners. The portfolio spans soft skills (e.g., Canva, photography) and languages (Korean, Chinese, Japanese), as well as certificate-bearing modules such as nursing management, hospital administration, and infection control.
On the operations side, I draft business proposals, build P&L forecasts, and codify end-to-end SOPs to keep delivery consistent at scale. To safeguard quality, I continuously monitor teaching and learning outcomes, then implement rapid improvements based on lecturer and student feedback.
In parallel, I organize and run internal examinations and certification programs—English placement tests (~2,000–3,000 students/year), internal TOPIK (≈200 students/year), MOS certification with IIG Vietnam, domestic/international tour-guide licensing exams, and children’s piano aptitude assessments. Across cohorts, average course profitability remains ~30–50%, depending on format and audience.
C. Business & Community Field
On the business and community front, I partner with industry experts and companies to deliver talk shows, hands-on workshops, and Company Tours that bridge classrooms with real workplaces. In parallel, I proactively source employment opportunities aligned to each major and lead partner/sponsor outreach for university initiatives.
As content lead for flagship events—including the Thang Long University Job Fair (three days, ~10,000 total visits, 30 participating companies) and University Founding Day (alumni engagement ~500 participants)—I ensure on-brand storytelling, operational readiness, and rigorous post-event reporting that fuels the next growth cycle. Additionally, I support admissions end to end: on enrollment day I help receive and guide ~3,000 incoming students (not counting parents), and I provide admissions counseling and exam advisement to prospective students throughout the season.
